Computer Science in Focus: 2nd Grade

This course is designed to provide computer science instruction for second grade students. It contains 36 lessons and is meant to be taught approximately once a week by a designated computer science teacher.

Students learn a progression of basic coding skills in ScratchJr.
Students learn concepts in computer basics, data, research, digital citizenship, and more.
Students transition from ScratchJr to Scratch programming environments that they will use in future grades.
