Computer Science in Context: 3rd Grade

This course integrates coding into math, science, ELA, and social studies lessons for third grade students. It contains 36 lessons and is meant to be taught approximately once a week by the general education teacher.
UNITS - 8 (42 lessons)
Students develop basic familiarity with Scratch.
Students apply 3rd grade math concepts to develop programs in Scratch.
Students apply 3rd grade science concepts to develop programs in Scratch.
Students apply 3rd grade ELA concepts to develop programs in Scratch.
Students apply 3rd grade social studies concepts to develop programs in Scratch.
